Five For Friday – 5 Books in 5 Weeks (Join The Challenge)

Hello lovely people! Guess what? It’s just under 5 weeks until Christmas!!! So exciting! So I thought I would set myself a little end of year Christmas challenge to read 5 books in the 5 week run up to Christmas.

Please feel free to join me, read any 5x books in 5x weeks that’s up to you what you want to read but if you join in please just tag me in your post so I can see!

These are the 5x books I have chosen to read in the 5x weeks.

Hope you join me with the little challenge and happy reading!!

1.Before I Go To Sleep by S J Watson
I’ve not seen the film or read the book before but the concept sounds really great!

2. Still Alice by Lisa Genova
I picked this up in a charity book for 50p the other day! I know it’s a sad story but I think it’s one that will interest me as well as make me cry.

3. Norse Mythology by Neil Gaiman
This book has been on my TBR for a while, its sparkly its shiny it has myths it feels like a good winter read so this is my first book I will be delving into!

4. The Loney by Andrew Hurley
I was given this book by a friend, she always gives me good reads so hoping this one is a good one too.

5. The Readers of Broken Wheel Recommend
Lots of people on Instagram have rated this book highly. I have never even heard of it before so hope I enjoy it.

Let me know if you fancy joining in with this and tell me what 5x books you plan to read. After the 5x weeks tell me if you got to read all your choices! Good luck and happy reading! Katie x

I think you’ll enjoy Before I Go To Sleep, it’s dark and really well written. I actually have to read 5 books (plus finish the one I am currently reading) in order to reach my Goodreads challenge so I’ll be joining you in this challenge in a way! I haven’t decided the 5 books I’ll read yet but I recently downloaded The Wife Between Us on my Kindle so I think that will be my next one. Happy reading and good luck with the challenge!
